SIX MEETINGS WERE HELD THROUGHOUT THE YEAR IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN OREGON IN ORDER TO PROVIDE ALL MEMBERS AN OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND AT LEAST ONE MEETING DURING THE YEAR. ONE OF THE MEETINGS WAS DESIGNATED AS THE ANNUAL MEETING DURING WHICH THE EXECUTIVE BOARD MADE A PRESENTATION TO THE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP AS TO THE ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
