IT GATHERS FUNDS THROUGH FEES AND ASSESSMENTS AND FUNDRAISIING ACTIVITIES TO PROVIDE FOR PRACTICE EQUIPMENT AND THE PAYMENT OF EXPENSES NEEDED FOR ALL LEAGUE BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL GAMES. IN ADDITION IT HAS PAID A GRANT TO THE TWIN FALLS COUNTY YOUTH BASEBALL TRUST, AN INDEPENDENT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION WHOSE EXEMPT PURPOSE IS THE PROMOTION OF BASEBALL IN THE TWIN FALLS COUNTY AREA.
