THE IDAHO ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION ASSOCIATION IS DEDICATED TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION IN IDAHO. WE SUPPORT AND PROMOTE THE ACTIVITIES OF ALL EDUCATORS WORKING TO CLARIFY OUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE NATURAL WORLD AND OUR ROLE IN IT.

IDEEA PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL EDUCATORS (TEACHERS AND NON-FORMAL EDUCATORS) IN IDAHO.
IDEEA FACILITATES THE DEVELOPMENT AND DISSEMINATION OF MATERIALS AND INFORMATION ON ENVIRONMENTAL LITERACY AND EDUCATION THROUGH ITS WEBSITE, NEWSLETTERS, SOCIAL MEDIA, LISTSERV, PROFESSIONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES AND OTHER OUTREACH EFFORTS.
IDEEA PROVIDES EDUCATORS WITH CLASSROOM RESOURCES TO PROMOTE ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION.
IDEEA HOSTS FIELD TRIPS FOR EDUCATORS. IN THIS WAY, IDEEA PROVIDES AN AVENUE FOR PROFESSIONAL EDUCATORS TO LEARN FROM EACH OTHER IN THE FIELD.
