THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO DESERVING STUDENTS WHO APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE. THE STUDENTS MUST BE RESIDENTS OF WYOMING AND BELONG TO A MASONIC YOUTH GROUP OF WYOMING. INVESTMENTS ARE LIMITED TO MARKETABLE SECURITIES. NO COMPENSATION IS PAID TO ANY TRUSTEE OR CONTRACTING PARTY.
