TO SUPPORT THE REDEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE TOWN OF WALLINGFORD (WHA) CONNECTICUT, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LOW INCOME RESIDENTS OF WHA AND NEW HAVEN COUNTY, TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH QUALITY, SAFE AND SANITARY HOUSING WHICH IS AFFORDABLE TO RESIDENTS OF NEW HAVEN COUNTY, TO DEVELOP AND PROMOTE COMMUNITY BEAUTIFICATION PROJECTS, TO ENHANCE SECURITY OF NEW HAVEN COUNTY RESIDENTS AND TO PROMOTE THE CARE AND WELL-BEING OF NEW HAVE COUNTY ELDERLY RESIDENTS IN ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR LIVES.

THIS DISREGARDED ENTITY IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF REDEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE TOWN OF WALLINGFORD, RESIDENTS OF WALLINGFORD, AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN THE TOWN OF WALLINGFORD, AND ANY OTHER LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE ACTIVITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACT (AS LISTED IN THE OPERATING AGREEMENT).
