BETWEEN ROC2025'S CREATION IN 2019 AND THE END OF 2023, THE ROCHESTER REGION'S BENCHMARK RANKINGS HAVE IMPROVED IN A NUMBER OF KEY CATEGORIES, INCLUDING JOB GROWTH, LABOR FORCE VITALITY, GROSS REGIONAL PRODUCT, UNEMPLOYMENT RATE, AND PRIVATE BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS.
