THE PERFECT INC. EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AND INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OPERATES IN THREE PHASES: 1) TRAINING: PERFECT INC. OFFERS WOMEN A FOUR-WEEK TRAINING COURSE GEARED TOWARD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DIGITAL MARKETING/SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT, AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT INDUSTRIES. WOMEN WILL ALSO GAIN ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS RELATED TO TIME MANAGEMENT, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION. 2) INTERNSHIP: EACH PARTICIPANT INTERNS AT A LOCAL NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION OR SMALL BUSINESS WHILE RECEIVING A STIPEND FROM PERFECT INC. 3) JOB PLACEMENT: IF PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT HIRED BY THE ORGANIZATION WITH WHICH THEY INTERNED, THEY CAN CHOOSE TO WORK FOR A PERFECT INC. EMPLOYMENT PARTNER. THROUGHOUT THE 12-WEEK PROGRAM, PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE THE FULL SUPPORT OF THEIR PERFECT INC. TEAM, INCLUDING TRAUMA SUPPORT DESIGNED TO HELP PARTICIPANTS IDENTIFY AND DEVELOP HEALTHY RESPONSES TO TRAUMATIC TRIGGERS, FINANCIAL LITERACY INSTRUCTION, AND PHYSICAL AND NUTRITIONAL HEALTH EDUCATION.
