CONNECTED 4 YOUTH TO HOST HOMES, 2 SUCCESSFULLY GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL AND BOTH ARE GOING ON TO ATTEND COLLEGE IN THE FALL. PROVIDED COUNSELING SERVICES TO 4 YOUTH IN HOST HOMES. TRAINED AND ONBOARDED TWO NEW HOST HOMES INCLUDING BACKGROUND CHECKS, HOME VISITS, YOUTH MEETINGS, AND SUCCESSFUL YOUTH MOVE IN. AND DEVELOPED A COMPREHENSIVE HOST HOME TRAINING PROGRAM FOR ONBOARDING NEW HOSTS. INCLUDES CONTENT RELATED TO TRAUMA, BOUNDARIES, CRISIS MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION.
