IRC SECTION 501(C)(3) PURPOSES-THIS CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE. NU OUTLOOK GLOBAL INCORPORATED PURPOSE IS TO REDUCE THE RATE OF INCARCERATION AND RECIDIVISM IN OHIO AND OTHER STATES, AND INCREASE THE SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR EX-OFFENDERS, PERSONS AT RISK OF BEING INCARCERATED, INCLUDING INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES OR LIVING WITH MENTAL ILLNESS OR SUBSTANCE ABUSE BY OFFERING PERSON-CENTERED BASIC LIVING, AND SKILL-SET TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT, HOUSING INFORMATION, REFERRAL AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. CONDUCT RESEARCH, AND OUTREACH INITIATIVES TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO INFORMATION, RESOURCES AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES AVAILABLE IN THE COMMUNITY FOR EX-OFFENDERS, THOSE AT RISK.

THE ORGANIZATION IS STILL CONSIDERED IN ITS START UP STAGE. THE 501 C 3 LETTER DATED JUNE 15, 2020 WITH AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 22, 2019. THE ORGANIZATION PLANS TO BEGIN SOLICITING GRANT SUPPORT BEGINNING AUGUST 2020 TO IMPLEMENT PROGRAMS TO ASSIST EX-OFFENDERS AND/OR THOSE AT RISK OF BEING INCARCERATED WITH A SMALL FOCUS ON INDIVIDUALS WITH A DISABILITY.


THE CORPORATE WEBSITE WAS COMPLETED IN-KIND FROM TOUCHED BE BLESSED SERVICES INCORPORATED AND GRANTS WERE SUBMITTED, BUT AS A RESULT OF COVID-19 MANY GIVING SOURCES ARE NOT RESPONDING TO NEW REQUESTS, RATHER THEY ARE FOCUSING ON THOSE THEY HAVE FUNDED. PROGRAM - MARKETING MATERIAL AND HANDOUTS FOR TARGET POPULATION WAS CREATED. GOING FORWARD WE WILL SEEK HELP AT THE GOVERNMENT LEVEL TO HELP SUPPORT EFFORTS TO ASSIST EX-OFFENDERS AS WELL AS THOSE AT RISK OF INCARCERATION.
