RDN'S MISSION IS TO INCREASE ACCESS TO JUSTICE AND PROTECT THE DUE PROCESS RIGHTS OF IMMIGRANTS FACING DETENTION AND DEPORTATION. RDN'S VISION IS AN AMERICA THAT WELCOMES ALL IMMIGRANTS AND RECOGNIZES THEIR EQUAL VALUE AND HUMANITY. RDN WORKS TO ENSURE THAT ALL IMMIGRANTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURTS AND TO LEVELING THE PLAYING FIELD.

RDN DEFENDS THE RIGHTS OF THE MOST VULNERABLE IMMIGRANTS AND WORKS COLLABORATIVELY WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO ENHANCE ACCESS TO FEDERAL COURTS. RDN PROVIDES INDIVIDUAL REPRESENTATION TO IMMIGRANTS WHO ARE FACING REMOVAL, ARE DETAINED, OR, IN SOME CASES, HAVE BEEN UNLAWFULLY REMOVED FROM THE UNITED STATES AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN. RDN ALSO ENGAGES IN IMPACT LITIGATION AND SUPPORTS POLICY AND ADVOCACY EFFORTS TO PROTECT AND ENSURE THE RIGHTS OF IMMIGRANTS.
