WE ARE A CLEVELAND-BASED, 501(C)3 NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT AIMS TO MOTIVATE AND EMPOWER OTHERS. AT THE CENTER OF OUR BULLSEYE, WE FOCUS ON PROVIDING RESOURCES, OPPORTUNITIES, AND PROGRAMMING THAT ARE INTEGRAL TO THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF OTHERS AS WELL AS OUR COMMUNITIES.

Part 3 - Line 4a
TAUGHT MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS ELEMENTS OF ENTREPRENERUSHIP TO PREPARE THEM FOR FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES. PROGRAM INCLUDED SKILLS BASED TRAINING INVOLVING MARKETING, MAKING A BUSINESS PLAN, HOW TO DEVELOP AN ELEVATOR SPEECH AND PUBLIC SPEAKING. STUDENTS PARTICIPATED IN A "SHARK TANK" COMPETITION AT THE CONCLUSION OF PROGRAM TO TEST THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS GAINED IN THE AFTER SCHOOL SESSIONS. 1ST YEAR HAD 21 STUDENTS COMPLETE THE PROGRAM.
