THIS FUND HAS A PREFERENCE GIVEN FOR MALE STUDENTS FROM THE NORTHEAST UNITED STATES, CANADA OR NORTHERN EUROPE WHO HAVE EXCELLED IN AN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITY.
