NHF OFFERS GRANTS AND CAPACITY BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE WORKING TO ADDRESS THE SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH, INCLUDING HEALTH AND HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION, AND ECONOMIC STABILITY. .
