THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO BUILD A TEAM THAT WILL WORK WITH GOVERNOR-ELECT STITT TO RECRUIT OKLAHOMANS TO SERVE IN A STITT ADMINISTRATION AND TO BUILD OUT OKLAHOMA'S TURNAROUND TRANSITION TEAM TO INCLUDE ISSUE-CENTERED ADVISORY COMMITTEES ON EDUCATION, ECONOMIC GROWTH, GOVERNMENT EFFICIENCY, INFRASTRUCTURE, HEALTH, PUBLIC SAFETY, AND NATIVE AMERICAN PARTNERSHIPS. FURTHER, THIS CORPORATION WILL PROVIDE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION FOR THE PROPER CONDUCT OF INAUGURAL BALLS FOR THE PEOPLE OF OKLAHOMA TO CELEBRATE THE ELECTION OF A NEW GOVERNOR.

INAUGURAL CELEBRATIONS: THE ORGANIZATION'S FIRST GOAL WAS TO PLAN INAUGURAL CELEBRATIONS ACROSS OKLAHOMA THAT GAVE THOUSANDS OF OKLAHOMANS THE CHANCE TO PARTICIPATE IN CELEBRATING THE ELECTION OF A NEW GOVERNOR. THIS INCLUDED FORMAL INAUGURAL BALLS IN TULSA AND OKLAHOMA CITY ATTENDED BY THOUSANDS, A CHILDREN AND FAMILY EVENT, AND A MORE INFORMAL EVENT IN LAWTON ATTENDED BY HUNDREDS. THESE EVENTS GAVE THE GOVERNOR AND HIS FAMILY AND STAFF THE CHANCE TO MEET WITH THOUSANDS OF OKLAHOMANS ACROSS THE STATE FROM A DIVERSE BACKGROUND AND GAVE THOSE OKLAHOMANS THE CHANCE TO MEET THE NEW GOVERNOR AND HIS FAMILY AND KEY STAFF.


TRANSITION RECRUITING AND RESEARCH: THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTED THE GOVERNOR AND HIS NEW STAFF IN RECRUITING TOP TALENT FROM ACROSS OKLAHOMA TO FILL TOP POSITIONS IN THE GOVERNOR'S ADMINISTRATION. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO FORMED MULTIPLE COMMITTEES FOR KEY POLICY INITIATIVES AND RECRUITED VOLUNTEERS FROM ACROSS OKLAHOMA WITH A DIVERSE BACKGROUND AND SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE TO PROVIDE RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS OF KEY ISSUES FACING OKLAHOMA AND SOLUTIONS TO ADVANCING OKLAHOMA UNDER THE NEW GOVERNOR'S ADMINISTRATION.


COMMUNICATIONS: THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTED THE GOVERNOR AND HIS NEW ADMINISTRATION IN COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE GOVERNOR'S CONSTITUENTS IN DISCUSSING HIS POLICY INITIATIVES AND RECRUITMENT STRATEGY.
