HYPOPARA RESEARCH FOUNDATION MADE PROGRAMMATIC GRANT DISBURSEMENTS DURING 2021 IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000 IN SUPPORT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSFORMATIVE THERAPIES THAT CAN BE DEPLOYED ACROSS MULTIPLE RARE DISEASES. THE GRANT FUNDS SUPPORT A PLAN TO DEVELOP A ROADMAP FOR PARATHYROID CELL DIFFERENTIATION, SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT HUMAN PARATHYROID CELLS USING SINGLE CELL TRANSCRIPTOMICS AND MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHMS, AND SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN IN-HOME IONIZED CALCIUM MONITORING DEVICE.
