TRUSTEE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM (REPRESENTATION). REPRESENTATION MATTERS AT ALL LEVELS OF THE PRIVATE SCHOOL COMMUNITY BUT ESPECIALLY AT THE TRUSTEE LEVEL. PSV TRUSTEE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM OPENS DOORS TO BOARD OPPORTUNITIES BOTH WITHIN PRIVATE SCHOOLS AND BEYOND FOR BLACK PSV COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHILE ALSO RESOURCING AND SUPPORTING CURRENT BLACK TRUSTEES. THROUGH A MIX OF FOCUSED TRAININGS ON BEST PRACTICES, GOVERNANCE, TRENDS, AND MORE, PSV HOPES TO MEASURABLY IMPACT BOARD REPRESENTATION AND BETTER SUPPORT ADDITIONAL RESOURCING FOR FAMILIES OF COLOR IN PRIVATE SCHOOLS.
