MIP KITS/MENTAL HEALTH DAY OFF: INDIVIDUALLY TAILORED MENTAL WELLNESS DRIVEN KITS OR DAY OFF ACTIVITIES ARE PROVIDED TO AYA ONCOLOGY PATIENTS.
SUPPORT AND ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMING: TMF COORDINATES WITH THE SOCIAL WORKERS AND CHILD LIFE TEAMS OF HOSPITAL PARTNERS TO DISCOVER WAY TO IMPROVE AND ENHANCE THE PSYCHO-SOCIAL SERVICES PROVIDED TO AYA ONCOLOGY PATIENTS.
AWARENESS: TMF WORKS TO INCREASE AWARENESS OF THIS AYA PATIENT GROUP, TO ADDRESS THE UNIQUE AYA MENTAL WELLNESS CARE THAT TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS HAVE UPON BEING DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER.
