(1) TO PROVIDE CONSULTATION AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES THAT WANT TO ADOPT THE COME TO BELIEVE TWO-YEAR COLLEGE MODEL, (THE "CTB MODEL") OFFERING LIBERAL ARTS EDUCATION TO A DIVERSE POPULATION, INCLUDING INDIVIDUALS FROM LOW INCOME FAMILIES AND WHOM ARE THE FIRST IN THEIR FAMILY TO PURSUE HIGHER EDUCATION, (2) TO PROVIDE FORMATION AND TRAINING FOR THE DEANS AND THE BOARDS OF COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF THE CTB MODEL; AND (3) TO RESEARCH AND STUDY, AUTHOR, PUBLISH, AND DISTRIBUTE LITERATURE AND OTHER MEDIA AND ENCOURAGE PUBLIC DISCOURSE ON ISSUES PERTINENT TO THE CTB MODEL.
