IN 2021 THE COMMUNITY LAND TRUST PRE-QUALIFIED OUR FIRST HOMEBUYER BY SOLIDIFYING A PARTNERSHIP WITH A FINANCIAL LENDING INSTITUTION AND PRE-QUALIFYING THE HOMEBUYER. WE ALSO ESTABLISHED NEIGHBORHOOD-BASED FUNDS IN TWO HISTORICALLY BLACK NEIGHBORHOODS (MONTFORD & STUMPTOWN AND BURTON STREET) AND WE LAUNCHED A PROPERTY TAX RELIEF FUND FOR ALL HISTORICALLY BLACK NEIGHBORHOODS IN OUR REGION. FINALLY, WE CREATED A NEW WEBSITE TO STREAMLINE OUR DONATION AND MEMBERSHIP PROCESS BY IMBEDDING FORMS ON THE WEBSITE THAT LINK TO OUR DONOR DATABASE.
