VETERANS PROBLEM SOLVING COURT PROVIDES JUSTICE INVOLVED VETERANS WITH A JUDICIALLY-SUPERVISED PROGRAM THAT ADDRESSES SUBSTANCE ABUSE, MENTAL HEALTH AND OTHER NEEDS OF VETERANS BY INTERVENTIONS, EDUCATION, TREATMENT AND SUPPORT WITH THE GOAL OF RESTORING PURPOSE-DRIVEN VETERANS TO THE COMMUNITY AS LAW ABIDING AND PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS.IN 2020, THE VETERANS COURT HELD TWO COMMENCEMENT CEREMONIES. THE COURT ADMITTED SEVEN PARTICIPANTS, GRADUATED NINE, AND TERMINATED TWO. AS OF 12/31/20, THERE WERE TWELVE ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS. PROGRAM COMMENCEMENT RATE STANDS AT 81% AND THE OVERALL RETENTION RATE IS 85%.
