THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN ALL INSTRUMENTAL, CHORAL, AND VISUAL ENSEMBLES IN THE TOPSAIL HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC DEPARTMENT.

Part 3
TOPSAIL HIGH SCHOOL MARCHING BAND ACTIVITIES INCLUDED A VARIETY OF PERFORMANCES IN THE REGION. THE BOOSTERS SUPPORTED THESE ACTIVITES WITH FUNDS TO PAY INSTRUCTORS, PURCHASE UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT, AND PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION.
TOPSAIL HIGH SCHOOLS MUSIC PROGRAM INCLUDED NUMEROUS CONCERT PERFORMANCES. THE BOOSTERS PROVIDED SUPPORT BY HELPING PURCHASE MUSIC, EQUIPMENT, AND ASSISTING WITH REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF INSTRUMENTS.
TOPSAIL HIGH SCHOOLS WINTER GUARD PARTICIPATED IN SEVERAL ADJUDICATED EVENTS. THE BOOSTERS SUPPORTED THESE EVENTS BY ASSISTING WITH THE COSTS OF UNIFORMS, EQUIPMENT, AND INSTRUCTIONAL PERSONNEL.
