SERVICES INCLUDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES FACING A CRISIS, CENTRAL NAVIGATION SERVICES FOR AGENCY REFERRALS INVOLVING FAMILIES IN CRISIS OR YOUTH 14-24 YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE FORMER WARDS OF THE STATE, COMING OUT OF JUVENILE JUSTICE, ARE HOMELESS, OR FACING HOMELESSNESS, CASE MANAGEMENT THROUGH RECIPIENT OR COOPERATING AGENCIES, LIFE COACHING AND TRAINING AMONG OTHER THINGS.
