THE ORGANIZATION BUILDS POLITICAL POWER FOR WOMEN BY TELLING THE STORIES OF WHY WOMEN IN ELEVATED LEADERSHIP MATTERS AND HOW TO GET THERE. THIS WAS DONE BY HOSTING EVENTS AND ORGANIZING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS. THESE MEETINGS PROVIDED SKILL TRAININGS ON GETTING ENGAGED IN POLITICS, EDUCATIONAL BRIEFINGS AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO SUPPORTS CANDIDATES FOR OFFICE BY CONNECTIONG THEM TO MENTORS, EXPERTS AND THEIR MEMBERSHIP. ATTENDANCE AT EVENTS AVERAGED APPROX. 150 PEOPLE.
