TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE CLIMATE AND RESILIENCY CRISES, AND PROMOTE CLEAN ENERGY, CLIMATE RESILIENCY, AND UNION HIGH-ROAD/ GREEN JOBS, OR TO DO ANY OTHER ACT OR THING FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 102(A)(3-B) OF THE NEW YORK NOT FOR PROFIT LAW AND SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.

CLIMATE JOBS NEW YORK EDUCATION FUND, INC WILL CARRY OUT ITS MISSION THROUGH PUBLIC EDUCATION FOCUSED ON CLEAN ENERGY, CLIMATE RESILIENCY, AND UNION HIGH-ROAD/GREEN JOBS. THE ORGANIZTION INTENDS TO OFFER AND HOST INTRUCTIONAL PRESENTATIONS, DISCUSSION GROUPS, AND OTHER EVENTS TO PROVIDE FORUMS TO DISCUSS THESE ISSUES AND PROMOTE A CLEAN ENERGY FUTURE. ALL FUNDS WILL BE USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION.
