SEE SCHEDULE O1. INCREASED MEMBERSHIP TO 500 WORKER MEMBERS, 4,000 SOLIDARITY MEMBERS.2. ESTABLISHED EXTENSIVE COVID-RELIEF PROGRAMS. DISTRIBUTED OVER $400,000 IN SMALL GRANTS TO IMMIGRANTS WHO DID NOT QUALIFY FOR OTHER SUPPORT. LAUNCHED EIGHT MONTHLY FOOD DISTRIBUTIONS ACROSS THE VALLEY. THIS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED OUR REVENUE AND EXPENSES FOR 2020.3. SUPPORTED WORKSITES AND INDIVIDUALS IN PURSUING WAGE THEFT CLAIMS. 4. LED WESTERN MASSACHUSETTS IMMIGRANT RIGHTS ORGANIZING TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY AND BUILD SUPPORT FOR DRIVERS LICENSES FOR IMMIGRANT DRIVERS. 5. BEGAN ORGANIZING WITH FARMWORKERS TO WIN BETTER WORKPLACE CONDITIONS. 6. SUPPORTED IMMIGRANT WORKERS IN IMMIGRANT DEFENSE CASES THROUGH LEGAL REFERRALS. 7. ESTABLISHED NEW LANGUAGE-ACCESSIBLE ZOOM MEETING STRUCTURE FOR VIRTUAL MEETINGS AND TRAININGS. 8. HELD 20 TRAININGS ON WORKER AND IMMIGRANT RIGHTS, AND HOW TO SUPPORT WORKERS AND IMMIGRANTS. 9. EXPANDED TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO NEW WORKER-OWNED FARMING COOPERATIVE. 10. PARTNERED WITH LOCAL CLINICS ON CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION AND REFERRALS.
