TKB WORKS ALONGSIDE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN'S SERVICES STAFF, COMMUNITY PARTNERS, AND PRIVATE PROVIDERS TO DRAMATICALLY CHANGE THE RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION NUMBERS IN TENNESSEE. - TWENTY-THREE PERCENT OF THE TOTAL LABOR COST.
