IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO OFFER ITS SIGNATURE COHORT PROGRAMMING FOCUSED ON ADVANCING DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION EFFORTS AND IMPLEMENTING EFFECTIVE TALENT MANAGEMENT PRACTICES WITH MORE THAN 80 ORGANIZATIONS ACROSS SEVERAL COHORTS.
