SPECIFICALLY, THIS CORPORATION WAS FORMED TO SECURE FINANCING, MAKE AN INVESTMENT, LEASE, CONSTRUCT, AND SUBLEASE A CHARTER SCHOOL BUILDING LOCATED AT 757 CONCOURSE VILLAGE WEST, BRONX, NY. CONSTRUCTION WAS COMPLETED AND THE CHARTER SCHOOL SUBTENANT TOOK OCCUPANCY IN 2020.
