OUR MISSION AT DIAMOND CLUB FASTPITCH IS TO DEVELOP YOUNG LADIES ON AND OFF THE FIELD AND PROVIDE THEM WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN AND PROMOTE SOFTBALL AS A VEHICLE FOR BOTH PERSONAL GROWTH AND GIVING BACK TO THEIR COMMUNITIES.

1. DEVELOP FASTPITCH TEAMS (APPROXIMATELY 200 YOUNG WOMEN) IN THE KANSAS CITY AREA (AGES 8-18), VARIOUS SKILL LEVELS. EXPENSES INCLUDE TOURNAMENTS, UNIFORMS, EQUIPMENT AND GEAR FOR THE PLAYERS. BOARD MEMBERS DID NOT RECEIVE COMPENSATION. 2. PROVIDE FOR MAJOR MEDICAL AND OTHER FINANCIAL ISSUES FOR PLAYERS IN THE ORGANIZATION. 3.SUPPORT THE EXCEPTIONALS WHICH IS A PROGRAM FOR 250 DEVELOPMENTALLY CHALLENGED KIDS IN KANSAS CITY (HTTPS://WWW.FACEBOOK.COM/EXCEPTIONALSSOFTBALL/).
