THE PURPOSES OF THE BLACK SILO FOUNDATION SHALL BE CHARITABLE IN NATURE AND DIRECTED TOWARD CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES, HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION, VETERANS AFFAIRS, AND RELIGIOUS PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE. SPECIFICALLY, THESE DISTRIBUTIONS MADE SHALL BE TO CHARITIES THAT PROVIDE SERVICES IN GRUNDY, LIVINGSTON, LINN, SULLIVAN, PUTNAM, MERCER, HARRISON, DAVIESS, OR CALDWELL COUNTIES IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI, AND SAID CHARITIES' MISSIONS SHALL ALIGN WITH THE PURPOSE OF THE BLACK SILO FOUNDATION.
