PROVIDE A RECOVERY COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES PEER SUPPORT SERVICES AND ADVOCACY WITHIN THE COMMUNITY FOR INDIVIDUALS IN OR SEEKING RECOVERY.
