TO EMPOWER TRANSFORMATIVE CHANGE IN THE IMMIGRATION SYSTEM SO THE MOST VULNERABLE IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES IN ORANGE COUNTY, IMPACTED BY DETENTION AND DEPORTATION, ARE AFFORDED LEGAL REPRESENTATION, DUE PROCESS RIGHTS, AND SERVICES FOR COMMUNITY RE-INTEGRATION.

TO RAISE FUNDS TO PROVIDE LEGAL REPRESENTATION TO INDIGENT INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN ORANGE COUNTY IN THE PURSUIT OF JUSTICE; MANAGE, OPERATE, GUIDE, DIRECT, AND PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF DIRECT LEGAL REPRESENTATION AND ADVOCACY TO IMMIGRANTS FACING DEPORTATION; AND CONDUCT OR PERFORM ANY ANCILLARY OR RELATED ACTIVITIES IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FUNDING THE PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES TO IMMIGRANTS FACING DEPORTATION, OR ANY OTHER INDIGENT RESIDENTS. OCJF PROVIDED FINANCIAL AND LEGAL SERVICES, INCLUDING A FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM, BOND FUND AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS RELATED TO IMMIGRATION SERVICES DURING 2021.
