POLICE OFFICERS, FIREFIGHTERS, EMS WORKERS, AND MILITARY SERVICE PERSONNEL AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE METROPOLITAN NEW YORK AREA THAT SUFFER FINANCIAL HARDSHIP RESULTING FROM PERSONAL DISASTER, ILLNESS, INJURY, DISABILITY, OR DEATH.3.
