ULON STARTS TO PERSONAL ASSESSMENTS OF A CLIENT'S HISTORY INCLUDING EDUCATION, WORK HISTORY, AS WELL CLIENT'S INTERACTION WITH THE POLICE, JUSTICE SYSTEM, INCARCERATION, PROBATION AND RELEASE. FROM THESE HISTORIES ULON BUILDS AN ASSESSMENT OF STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES AND DEVELOPS A PERSONALIZED PLAN OF ACTION FOR EACH CLIENT. WITH THESE PLANS OF ACTION IN PLACE, ULON ASSISTS ITS CLIENTS IN BUILDING THEIR LIFE AND WORK SKILLS THROUGH ITS COMPUTER-BASED SKILLS TRAINING AND REFERRALS TO ITS PARTNER COMMUNITY SERVICE ORGANIZATION FOR MORE SPECIALIZED TRAINING FOR SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED JOB OPPORTUNITIES.
