JEVS HIREABILITY OFFERS A CUSTOMIZED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS LIVING WITH A CHRONIC DISEASE BY PREPARING THEM FOR COMPETITIVE EMPLOYMENT AND COMMUNITY INTEGRATION. JEVS HIREABILITY PROVIDES SERVICES WHICH INCLUDE, (A) A CENTRALIZED SOURCE OF CURRENT JOB OPENINGS, (B) CUSTOMIZED MATCHING OF APPLICANT SKILLS AND INTERESTS TO JOB OPENINGS, (C) SUPPORT SERVICES DURING THE PLACEMENT PROCESS AND FOLLOW-UP AFTER EMPLOYMENT, AND (D) EDUCATION IN THE JOB SEARCH PROGRESS AND PROGRAMS TO HELP APPLICANTS ASSESS THEIR EMPLOYABILITY. JEVS HIREABILITY PROGRAMS FOCUS ON BOTH YOUTH AND ADULTS IN PENNSYLVANIA AND NEW JERSEY. SEE SCHEDULE O FOR ADDITIONAL PROGRAM INFORMATION.PROGRAMS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: SCHOOL TO WORK: A PROGRAM THAT PREPARES STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES TO TRANSITION FROM THE WORLD OF SCHOOL TO THE WORLD OF ADULTHOOD, WORK, POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION OR VOCATIONAL TRAINING.IT CAREER READINESS: A SIX-MONTH TRANING AND CAREER EXPOSURE PROGRAM DESIGNED TO HELP YOUNG ADULTS (17-24) IN PHILADELPHIA WITH A DISABILITY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR SKILLS IN THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY.PROJECT SUCCESS: AN EMPOWERING CUSTOMIZED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM THAT ASSISTS ATLANTIC COUNTY, NJ RESIDENTS AGES 16 TO 24 WHO ARE OUT OF SCHOOL AND DIAGNOSED WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER IN THE SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION TO THE WORLD OF WORK, AND BUILDS ON INDIVIDUAL LONG-TERM VOCATIONAL GOALS.EMPLOYMENT RATES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES DECLINED DISPROPORTIONATELY DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND ASSOCIATED SHUTDOWN. JEVS HIREABILITY TRANSITIONED MOST OF ITS CLIENT SERVICES TO REMOTE AND VIRTUAL DELIVERY.
