THIS CHAPTER PRESENTED THE DIVERSITY AWARD TO VARIOUS RECEIPIENTS WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY FOR INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE DEMONSTRATED INNOVATIVE AND CREATIVE STRATEGIES TO REMOVE BARRIERS FOR UNDER-REPRESENTED GROUPS THROUGH VARIOUS MEET AND GREET EVENTS. THIS INCLUDES GROUPS THAT SPPORT WOMEN, THE DISADVANTAGED AND SMALL BUSINESSES AND ALLOWED FOR INCREASED PUBLIC AND PRIVATE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES.
