SPECIFICALLY, THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED TO HELP RAISE AND DISTRIBUTE FUNDS TO PROVIDE BASIC SUPPORT AND ENRICHMENT TO THE STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND TO THE SCHOOOL DISTRICT AND TO THE SCHOOL DISTRICT IN SUCH MANNER AS THE CORPORATION DETERMINES IS SUITABLE.
