THE COLLEGE IS ORGANIZED AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED, OR CORRESPONDING PROVISIONS OF ANY SUBSEQUENT FEDERAL TAX LAWS (THE "INTERNAL REVNUE CODE") TO ESTABLISH AND ADMINISTER A COLLEGE THAT SHALL: A) CONFER THE FOLLOWING DEGREES: 1. BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN HUMAN BIOLOGY, 2. BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, 3. BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS, 4. BACHELOR OF ARTS IN BIBLICAL AND RELIGIOUS STUDIES, AND 5. BACHELOR OF ARTS IN HISTORY, AND OFFER ANY AND ALL COURSES RELATING OR INCIDENTAL THERETO; AND B) PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE PRECEPTS AND VALUES OF THE HISTORIC CHRISTIAN FAITH.
