PERSONS BENEFITTED INCLUDE THE POPULATION OF MICRONESIA AND PERSONS WORLDWIDE WHO WILL ALL BENEFIT FROM FEWER POLLUTANTS BEING EMITTED INTO THE GLOBAL ATMOSPHERE.
