ELECTRIFICATION AND EMPOWERMENT - FREE ELECTRICITY FOR SCHOOLS, CLINICS AND PUBLIC SERVICE BUILDINGS AND FREE STREET LIGHTS AND CAPACITY TRAINING FOR YOUTH AND COMMUNITY IN MOLE ST.
