PUNA CANOE CLUB ENJOYED A FULL SEASON OF TRAINING AND OUTRIGGER CANOE RACING IN 2022. MEMBERS ENJOYED PARTICIPATING IN 10 CANOE REGATTAS THATHAD RACES FOR KEIKI AGED 10 THROUGH ADULTS AGED 65+. BOTH KEIKI AND ADULT MEMBERS PARTICIPATED IN 6 LONG DISTANCE RACES. MEMBERS ALSO PARTICIPATED IN 3 OHANA DAYS OF OCEAN ACTIVITIES AND 4 MALAMA HALAU DAYS OF COOPERATIVE WORK. TOTAL 219 MEMBERS WERE SERVED IN 2022.
