THEIR ACTIVITIES, IN COMING YEARS, WILL FOCUS ON MATCHING PROFESSIONALS TO REGIONAL CAREER OPPORTUNITIES, PROVIDING A "WINGMAN" FOR NEWCOMERS TO SUPPORT THEIR TRANSITION TO THE REGION, DEVELOPING REGION-WIDE DIVERSITY NETWORKS, AND WORKING TO GROW REGIONAL COLLEGE INTERNSHIPS.
