THE MISSION OF DIVERSE ABILITY INCORPORATED IS TO CREATE, PROMOTE, AND MODEL, ACCESS, EQUITY, INCLUSION, AND BRAVE SPACES WHICH CELEBRATE DIVERSITY, INFUSE REPRESENTATION, AND FOSTER WELLNESS WITHIN INDIVIDUALS, COMMUNITIES, AND SYSTEMS.

DIVERSE ABILITY INCORPORATED PROVIDED TRAINING TO COUNTLESS YOUTH, FAMILIES, AND PROFESSIONALS THROUGHOUT ARIZONA AND THE NATION, AS CONSULTANTS AND PEER NAVIGATORS. DIVERSE ABILITY INCORPORATED PRESENTED AT A VARIETY OF CONFERENCES, WORKSHOPS, AND FORUMS, COLLABORATING WITH A MYRIAD OF PARTNERS IN THE PROCESS. DIVERSE ABILITY INCORPORATED DEVELOPED AND DELIVERED CURRICULA RELATED TO SELF DETERMINATION, SELF ADVOCACY, PERSON CENTEREDNESS, INFORMED DECISION MAKING, EMPLOYMENT, HEALTH AND WELLNESS, EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS, AND ENGAGING YOUTH AS LEADERS. ARIZONA YOUTH LEADERSHIP AND ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVES AZYLEI INCLUDES ARIZONA YOUTH LEADERSHIP FORUM AZYLF, ARIZONA YOUTH ENGAGEMENT ACADEMY AZYEA, ARIZONA YOUTH WORKFORCE INSTITUTE AZYWI, PEER NAVIGATION SERVICES, PEER BASED PERSON-CENTERED PLANNING SERVICES, AND THE AZYLEI ALUMNI ASSOCIATION AZYLEIAA, WHICH PROVIDE STATEWIDE PEER BASED, PERSON CENTERED, TRAINING, NAVIGATION, AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO DIVERSE YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS, WHO ARE NAVIGATING THEIR RESPECTIVE PATHWAYS TO YOUNG ADULTHOOD.
