JAX'S TRANSITIONAL HOMES INC FOCUSING ON PROVIDING HOUSING FOR INDIVIDUALS FREE FROM ALCOHOL OR DRUG ADDICTION AND HELPING THEM REINTEGRATE INTO THE WORKFORCE THROUGH OPPORTUNITIES AT SPORTS ARENAS AND CONCERT VENUES. THIS TYPE OF PROGRAM ADDRESSES BOTH THE HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS SEEKING TO REBUILD THEIR LIVES.

MEN FROM ALL AGES, BACKGROUNDS, AND ETHNICITIES CAN SEE THEIR LIVES OR THE LIVES OF THEIR LOVED ONES HARMED BY SUBSTANCE ABUSE. JAX'S TRANSITIONAL HOMES INC. PROVIDES TREATMENT PROGRAMS TO HELP OVERCOME ADDICTION. BY ESTABLISHING PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL ADDICTION TREATMENT CENTERS, SOCIAL SERVICES, AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT CAN PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR RESIDENTS. COLLABORATE WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES, SPORTS ARENAS, AND CONCERT VENUES TO CREATE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE RESIDENTS. OFFER COUNSELING, REHABILITATION, AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO ADDRESS THE UNDERLYING ISSUES RELATED TO ADDICTION AND HOMELESSNESS. WE PROVIDE LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAMS, AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO ENHANCE RESIDENTS' OVERALL WELL-BEING. WE HAVE ESTABLISHED CLEAR METRICS AND INDICATORS TO MEASURE THE SUCCESS OF OUR PROGRAM, BOTH IN TERMS OF HOUSING STABILITY AND EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES. REGULARLY EVALUATE AND ADJUST OUR PROGRAMS BASED ON FEEDBACK AND OUTCOMES. OUR GOAL IS FOR EVERY CLIENT TO EXPERIENCE A PROFOUND CHANGE THROUGH CUTTING EDGE, EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICES PROVIDED BY AN EXPERIENCED, COMPASSIONATE TEAM, IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT.
