THE ORGANIZATION ACCOMPLISHED ITS MISSION BY ASSISTING IN FORMING AND BEING GRANTED ONE CONSERVATION EASEMENT PRESERVING 68 ACRES OF WOODLANDS, WATERSHED,SIGNIFICANT HABITAT AND SPECIES, AND SCENIC VIEWS FROM FUTURE DEVELOPMENT.
THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTED ON-SITE MONITORING OF ALL CONSERVATION EASEMENTS USING ITS STAFF ENVIRONMENTAL PROFESSIONAL TO OBSERVE AND DOCUMENT THE CONDITION OF PROPERTY AND COMPLIANCE WITH EASEMENT RESTRICTIONS. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED CONSULTATION TO ASSIST LANDOWNERS WITH MAINTAINING AND IMPROVING HABITAT PRESERVATION. THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTED OTHER GENERAL OPERATIONS IN SUPPORT OF ITS 140 CONSERVATION EASEMENTS AND TWO FEE-OWNED TRACTS HELD, COMPRISING OF 35,000 ACRES OF PRESERVED LAND ACROSS FIVE SOUTHEASTERN STATES.
