STATEWIDE PROMOTION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES: (A) DETERMINE TRAINING NEEDS OF MEMBERSHIP, DEVELOP CURRICULUM AND PROVIDE APPROPRIATE TRAINING, (B) ASSIST IN DEVELOPING AND REFINING A COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING STRATEGY FOR THE STATE OF IDAHO, AND (C) CREATE A COHESIVE, STATEWIDE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRUCTURE THAT PROVIDES SUPPORT AND OPPORTUNITY FOR BOTH RURAL AND URBAN COMMUNITIES IN IDAHO.
