THE EDUCATION FOUNDATION, ALONG WITH THE GRANTS COMMITTEE, AWARDS GRANTS TO TEACHERS TO ENHANCE THE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS THROUGH INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY. IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS, THE FOUNDATION HAS AWARDED GRANTS TO OVER 1,000 TEACHERS AND 80 DIFFERENT PROGRAMS IN THE WEST ADA SCHOOL DISTRICT. DURING THE 2020-21 GRANT YEAR, THE EDUCATION FOUNDATION AWARDED $616,843 IN GRANTS THROUGHOUT THE WEST ADA SCHOOL DISTRICT TO PROGRAMS SUCH AS STEM, ARTS, LANGUAGE ARTS AND ATHLETICS.
