1.INCREASED REGION COMPONENTS' AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF INSTITUTE LEADERSHIP PRIORITIES AND INITIATIVES, TO BENEFIT THE 5,600 MEMBERS, INCLUDING BOTH AIA MEMBERS AND EMERGING PROFESSIONALS. 2.PROVIDED A LEADERSHIP SUMMIT FOR THE REGION'S ELECTED CHAPTER LEADERS TO DEVELOP AND SHARE UNIFIED INPUT AND ADVOCACY ON PRIORITIES AND INITIATIVES OF THE INSTITUTE AND THE REGION. 3.IDENTIFIED ISSUES OF CONCERN TO THE REGION'S COMPONENTS AND EMPOWERED ELECTED REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES TO COMMUNICATE AND ADVOCATE FOR THOSE ISSUES WITHIN THE INSTITUTE. 4.DEVELOPED SEVERAL AWARD RECOGNITION PROGRAMS WITHIN THE REGION, INCLUDING WORKING WITH THE 7 SCHOOLS OF ARCHITECTURE ON A STUDENT DESIGN AWARD.
