TO ADVANCE PEACE, EQUITY AND TRUST IN OUR COMMUNITIES BY RESPONDING TO CONFLICT, CRIME AND INJUSTICE WITH EFFECTIVE RESTORATIVE PRACTICES, EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY BUILDING.

WE ENCOURAGE A MORE PEACEFUL WORLD THROUGH STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS USING THE CIRCLE DISCUSSION MODEL. WE FACILITATE GROUP DISCUSSIONS AND ADDRESS CONFLICT USING RESTORATIVE PROCESSES, AND WE TRAIN COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO FACILITATE THESE RESTORATIVE CIRCLES AS WELL. WE PROVIDE TRAININGS CONSULTING FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN USING RESTORATIVE APPROACHES, INCLUDING K-12 EDUCATORS, PLACES OF WORSHIP, ORGANIZATIONS BUSINESSES. WE ALSO PROVIDE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT FOR YOUTH IN AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND FOR YOUTH INVOLVED IN THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM.
