IN 2021, WE PURCHASED AND DONATED ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED IN 700 OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD SHOE BOX GIFTS. WE ALSO PAID SHIPPING FOR THESE BOXES TO BE SENT, MAKING A DONATION OF $6400 TO SAMARITANS PURSE ORGANIZATION. WE ALSO FULFILLED CLOTHING VOUCHERS FOR CLIENTS IN NEED FROM OTHER NONPROFITS IN FAULKNER COUNTY. WE HELPED OVER 50 PEOPLE IN 2021 FIND CLOTHING THAT WORKED FOR THEM, IN A RESPECTFUL AND WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT. OUR VOLUNTEERS HELP CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS FIND CLOTHING FOR FREE OR VERY LOW PRICING. WE OFFER CLOTHES AT $5 PER GROCERY BAG (UP TO 10 ITEMS) IN ORDER TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE LOW INCOME POPULATION AS WELL. WE HAVE ALSO BEEN A LOCATION FOR VOLUNTEER GROUPS TO WORK TOGETHER. WE OFFER A LOCATION FOR GROUPS AND ORGANIZATIONS LOOKING TO PACK SHOE BOX GIFTS FOR OCC AND WE HELPED OVER 5000 BOXES TO BE PACKED. IN ADDITION, WE MADE APPROXIMATELY 2000 PRE PACKED SHOE BOX GIFTS TO ALLOW INDIVIDUALS TO PARTICIPATE EASILY IN THE PROGRAM. WE HAVE CONTINUED TO PROVIDE A PLACE FOR COMPASS ACADEMY, A HIGH SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES, TO WORK AND IMPROVE JOB AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
